We investigate the $\Delta_T$ noise, quantum shot noise, and thermoelectric properties of iron pnictide superconductors to gain insights into their unconventional pairing mechanism. Our theoretical framework, incorporating multiple superconducting gaps and anisotropic scattering, successfully reproduces experimental observations of noise spectroscopy and thermopower. The analysis of these noise signatures provides strong evidence for a specific type of pairing symmetry and elucidates the role of inelastic scattering in these materials. This work offers crucial clues to resolving the long-standing 'pairing puzzle' in iron pnictides, paving the way for the design of new high-temperature superconductors with enhanced performance for energy and medical applications.
