Abstract
This study, part of the CHEX-MATE project, investigates the thermodynamics of galaxy clusters to assess the accuracy of current models. By analyzing observational data, we aim to determine if our understanding of processes like gas heating and cooling in clusters is complete. The findings have implications for large-scale structure formation and the use of clusters as cosmological probes, contributing to a more precise cosmological model.
