Abstract
This paper introduces a foundational model for conversational behavior modeling, incorporating multi-level perception to understand and generate more nuanced and contextually appropriate dialogue. It aims to enhance the naturalness and effectiveness of AI in human-computer interaction, making virtual assistants and chatbots more sophisticated and responsive in real-world applications.
