Abstract
We introduce an AI-driven framework for predictive maintenance in smart manufacturing environments, utilizing real-time sensor data and machine learning to forecast equipment failures. This approach minimizes downtime, optimizes production schedules, and extends asset lifespan, leading to substantial operational cost reductions and increased efficiency in Industry 4.0 applications.
