Abstract
This research investigates the six-vertex model, a fundamental model in statistical mechanics. Its findings on Gaussian free field convergence in the scaling limit contribute to a deeper theoretical understanding of phase transitions and critical phenomena in two-dimensional systems, with potential indirect implications for the study of real-world materials and their properties.
