Abstract
This research proposes the Large language model and Extended Greedy (LEG) framework to optimize health facility location in Ethiopia. It integrates expert knowledge, articulated in natural language, with classical optimization techniques, ensuring solutions reflect qualitative guidance while preserving coverage guarantees. Experiments on real-world data in Ethiopia demonstrate its effectiveness for equitable, data-driven health system planning.
